Headed an Indian multilingual portal group for a brief time in 90’s . Looked after editorial operations in three prestigious national newspapers. Besides regular columns in print, published more than ten books, written scripts, translated and edited works. Conceptualized – NEURONS- to train stringers of vernacular press.

Awarded a national journalism fellowship to research on changing face of vernacular press and also awarded for his novels – Chinta Ghar ( MP Sahitya Parishad) and Comrade Godse ( KKBF Bihari Award). Honored with National Sharad Joshi award for his literary and Journalistic contributions.

Conceptualized and created first Hindi-Gujarati NEW AGE monthly- AHA! ZINDAGI for multi-edition newspaper group DB Corp. With off-beat content, new age design and unique presentation, AZ launched with 1.5 lac print order and achieved more than 5.6 lac readership certified by NRS within 6 months under his leadership.

 

Also, launched a unique wellness journal AYURVED SUTRA for international audience .

As Group adviser to Amar Ujala, the multi-edition newspaper Group, involved with newspaper’s Editorial operations and new projects.
